Procedures for ordering 3D printed parts for businesses

The procedures for ordering are often different as so many of our sales vary. We print parts to order and these are often new parts. Communication beyond these routines often means that several steps can be skipped or become different. 

Procedures for ordering new parts:

    Your responsibility:

1. Send email with attached 3D files.
2. Specify material, number of parts, desired filling (if nothing is mentioned, we assume 100% filling).
3. Specify if you want an article number and the name of the parts. 
4. Specify the order number if desired.
5. Specify invoicing and delivery details.
6. In case of urgent deliveries, the desired delivery date must be specified (our delivery time is usually between 1-2 weeks). 

    Our responsibility:

1. We calculate the price based on the information in 2 above. We have both a weight discount (per part) and a quantity discount based on the number of machine hours utilized with us. The quantity discount varies between 20-50% of the total price of the order.
2. We will send you a quote.
3. If the offer is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation. 
4. We start manufacturing parts and ship as soon as they are made. Shipping is done with the most suitable freight company according to our needs, unless otherwise requested by you. 
5. We send an invoice when the manufactured parts leave us.

Procedures for ordering previously ordered parts:

    Your responsibility:

1. Send email with order. Orders should include item number, name and quantity.
2. Specify the order number if desired.
3. Specify invoicing and delivery details.
4. In case of urgent deliveries, the desired delivery date must be specified (our manufacturing time is usually between 1 day - 2 weeks). 

    Our responsibility:

1. We calculate the price based on the information in 1 above. We have both a weight discount (per part) and a quantity discount based on the number of machine hours utilized with us. The quantity discount varies between 20-50% of the total price of the order. The discounted price will then be specified in the quote. 
2. We will send you a quote.
3. If the quote is approved, we will send an order confirmation and then an invoice. 
4. We start manufacturing parts and ship as soon as they are made. Shipping is done with the most convenient freight company according to our needs, unless otherwise requested by you. 

Think of our procedures as a comprehensive overview. We are always here for questions and concerns. We often change our procedures to make the process as smooth as possible. 

3D printing for businesses - Urgent orders

Our production time is usually between 1 day and 2 weeks. We normally start manufacturing orders without undue delay, often the same or the next working day. However, this is never a guarantee, as machine capacity and ongoing production affect the start time.

For customers who want guaranteed priority, we offer an urgent production add-on. In such an add-on, ongoing production is paused if necessary and the current order is placed first in the queue. This means a guarantee that production will start within the agreed timeframe.

Additional levels:

• Production guaranteed within 4 working days: +25% on the order value
• Production guaranteed within 2 working days: +50% on the order value
• Production guaranteed within 24 hours: +100% on the order value

ATTENTION! Urgent production additions must be explicitly agreed at the time of order placement and confirmed in both the quotation and the order confirmation.
