When ordering: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, if applicable, organization number, and information about your order and your payment.

Upon request via our forms: name, email address, phone number, possibly the company name, and the message you send to us.

When you upload a 3D model: file name and model geometry, as well as the print options you choose (material, scale, fill, and similar).

If you create an account: user name, email address and your order history.

Technical information: IP address, browser, device type and which pages you visit. Such information is collected only for statistical and marketing purposes if you have given your consent to it.

Why we process the data and our legal basis

To fulfill our agreement with you. We need your data to be able to accept your order, manufacture and deliver your product, and handle complaints and returns. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

To follow the law. Data about your purchases is stored to comply with accounting and tax laws. Legal basis: legal obligation.

For customer service, security, and the development of the business. We document customer communications, protect the website from spam and abuse, and analyze our sales on an overall level. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Your uploaded 3D models

The files you upload are used solely to calculate the price and to manufacture what you have ordered. The files are processed by our service for technical calculation of the printout and are not shared with anyone else. We never sell your models and do not publish them without your approval. If you want us to use your printout as a reference in marketing, you will be asked separately about this in the checkout process, as shown in our Terms of purchase and delivery.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies on the website. Necessary cookies are required to make the page, shopping cart, and checkout function properly and are always set. Cookies for statistics and marketing are only set if you have approved it in our consent box.

Web hosting and operation: our web hosting provider.
E-mail: our email provider for order and customer shipping.
Technical calculation of 3D prints: our provider of the calculation service for printing.
Statistics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) – only with your consent.
Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from automated submissions.
AI features: If you use our AI-based model generator or our chat, what you type is processed by our AI providers to be able to respond to you.

We also disclose data to authorities when we are legally obliged to do so.

Transfer outside the EU and the EEA

Some of our suppliers may process data outside the EU and the EEA. When this happens, we ensure that the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s decision on an adequate level of protection or by standard contractual clauses. How long we store the data

Order and accounting documents are stored for seven years after the end of the accounting year to which the data belong, according to the Accounting Act.

Inquiries and customer communication are stored for as long as they are relevant to the case and our relationship, for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact.

Uploaded 3D files will be stored for as long as necessary to complete your order and to handle any complaints.

Account information It is stored as long as you have an account with us. You can request that the account be deleted at any time.

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you and to receive a copy of it.
